Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To request a return, please email abduljabbaruzmasheikh@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before being sent, and items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank may require additional processing time. Please note that sale items, gift cards, personalized products, perishable goods, personal care items, and hazardous materials are not eligible for return. For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
